Dogs love to be outside, but if your dog is like mine, she wanted me to be outside with her. So, while I worked in the yard she chased the squirrels, chewed on pine cones, or just sat and watched.
My yard is fenced, but if your yard is NOT fenced, you want to protect your dog from running off but still enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Whether Kitty is basking in the sun, pouncing on the waving clover, or chasing a butterfly in the grass, she’s a happy feline when she’s loved by you, too!
I‘ve owned a cat of some sort most my life. When I was a child I would put doll clothes on my cats. Surprisingly, they were very patient with me. But, cats are independent and will make their own rules about what they’ll put up with.
Cats love to play with anything that moves. They’ll watch intently a small bug in the grass or a leaf blowing in the breeze. My cat stared at chipmunks, occasionally pouncing on it, then leaving it at the back door.
