Capture The Glow of a Fire Pit on Your Deck or Patio… |
I think there’s nothing nicer than gathering around a fire pit, whether it’s on the back deck or part of your garden landscape. The glow of fire is warming and conversational, plus very meditative where new ideas can be born. Think campfire and roasting marshmallows!
Fire pits are available in concrete, stainless steel, brick, stone, copper, wire, or combinations of two or more substances. Some are log burning. Some are gas fed.
Fire pits come in various shapes: square, round, rectangle, octogon – whatever fits into your plan. Fire pits also come in numerous colors… black or natural being the favorites.
Just staring into a fire pit can spur the imagination or calm the nerves.
Built-in fire pits can add value to your home, while deck-style fire pits are more portable and more affordable.
The featured Village Stone fire pit just below has aged brick with a solid top of sandstone. Although shown here in white, it also comes in grey, moonstone, and terracotta.
Considering the price of fire pits can be from very high to very low, this fire pit has a "middle-of-the-road" price.
The second fire pit shown on this page does not include the stacked rock surround. This is a custom feature. Personally, I really like the way it resembles a campfire, but you can do whatever you want for the final look in your own yard or on your own patio. Use rocks (as shown), or bricks, or encase the fire pit with your own creativity.
These are just SAMPLES of what’s available:
